After over 2 years of productive life, Strategy9 has retired our old website. In its place we’ve published a brand new site with more content, more interactivity, and a greater use of our own web applications.
We’ve greatly increased our online support functionality. We’ve added Live Support Chat where you can instantly chat with a Strategy9 staff member live, right from your browser. We’ve also added an automated trouble ticket system. Simply send an email regarding your technical support request to support@strategy9.com, and you’ll instantly receive an automated email with a ticket number referencing your request.
We’ve added a section for podcasts at www.strategy9.com/podcasts/podcast.aspx. We’ve upgraded this site to .Net 2.0, and we’ve integrated our renowned EmailIQ system in to the “contact us” functionality. Now, you can subscribe to different types of Strategy9 email, including new product information, new contest releases, and our monthly newsletter.
